If you believe an item is missing from your order and all parcels have been delivered to you, please check your delivery notes to ensure that it is listed on there. If the item is listed and is not in any of the parcels, please check all product boxes for the item as our packing team sometimes place smaller items inside larger product items for packing efficiency.
Please also note that some orders may be split into more than one delivery. The items included on each delivery will be listed on your delivery notes.
