Can I cancel my order once it has arrived in store?

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we are unable able to cancel it. However, once the order has arrived in-store, you can of course obtain a full and immediate refund in store, provided you take proof of purchase such as your email order confirmation or invoice with you (these can also be shown on a tablet or smartphone).

If you are not able to get to the store, simply submit a request above, and we will arrange for the item to be returned to us, and process a refund online. Please note that this can take up to 5 working days.
