Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

Prize Provider: Jet2holidays Limited (“Jet2holidays”), with its registered office at Low Fare Finder House, Leeds Bradford Airport, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS19 7TU, United Kingdom.

Carex and Jet2holidays act as promotional partner and prize provider respectively and are not responsible for the administration or running of the Promotion.

Eligibility
1. This promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over.
2. Employees of the Promoter, the Promotional Partner, the Prize Provider, their immediate families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. Entrants must have internet access and a valid social media account on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
4. No purchase necessary.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose.
6. Entries may be disqualified if an entrant is found to be ineligible.
7. Maximum of one (1) entry per person. Anyone found attempting to bypass this rule by, for example, using multiple accounts or identities, will be disqualified.
8. No purchase is necessary to participate in this Promotion.
9. Internet access and public social media account required to enter.

Opening/Closing Date & Time
1. The Promotional Period will open from 12:00 BST on 01/05/26 (the “Opening Date”) until 23:59 BST on 04/05/26 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive (the “Promotional Period”). All entries received outside the Promotional Period shall be disqualified.

How to Enter
1. To enter, participants must, during the Promotional Period:
  1. Visit the official Home Bargains competition post on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok;
  2. Follow (or already follow) the official Home Bargains account on the platform they choose to enter;
  3. Like the competition post; and
  4. Comment on the competition post.
2. Likes and comments on the Promotional Post must be made from a pubic account. If the social media account is not public for up to 4 weeks following the end of the Promotional Period, the entry and any subsequent win may be deemed invalid.
3. A maximum of one (1) entry per person will be accepted for the duration of the Promotion. Anyone found attempting to bypass this rule by, for example, using multiple accounts or identities, will be disqualified.
4. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or not submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted.
5. Entries submitted via agents, third parties, organised groups or using automated means (including but not limited to scripts, bots or similar) will not be accepted.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Promotion.

The Prize
1. There is one (1) prize available to be won: a Jet2holidays voucher to the value of £5,000 (the “Prize”).
2. The prize must be used on a new Jet2holidays booking only and cannot be used on an existing booking.
3. The voucher can be used across Jet2holidays products, including standard holidays, Indulgent Escapes, Jet2Villas, VIBE and CityBreaks.
4. The voucher must be redeemed by 31th October 2026, and all travel must be completed by 31 October 2027. If the Prize is not redeemed by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited.
5. Bookings must be made via the Jet2holidays contact centre at 0333 014 0236.
6. If the total booking cost exceeds £5,000, the winner must pay the difference. If it is less, the remaining balance will be forfeited.
7. The holiday booked using the Prize may only be taken by the prize draw winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended.
8. The voucher can be used in conjunction with any money off discount which is automatically applied to bookings on www.jet2holidays.com or the Jet2holidays app (subject to the terms of that promotion) but cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code. Optional extras may be added at the winner’s own expense. Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the standard Jet2holidays or Jet2.com terms and conditions.
9. The Prize and any holiday booked using the Prize is subject to availability. Please note, prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight.
10. The Prize excludes transfers to and from UK airports, and any optional extras or upgrades, which must be paid for by the winner.
11. The voucher may be used for multiple holidays, provided bookings are made at the same time.
12. If any holiday booked by the winner with the Prize is cancelled for any reason and where that cancellation would entitle the customer to a refund in line with Jet2holidays’ terms and conditions, such a refund would be in the form of the payment method in which the holiday was paid for (which may be a combination of a voucher and cash).
13. Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday in accordance with its terms and conditions (which may include substituting the prize or any element of the prize with alternative dates/property/transfers/destinations at any time, to the equivalent prize value). Please note that the Jet2.com flight schedules are not guaranteed.
14. The winner (and any accompanying passengers) are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and meet all relevant visa and entry requirements.
15. The winner (and any accompanying passengers) are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated as being included in the Prize, including but not limited to additional travel, transfers, excursions, meals, spending money and gratuities.
16. Travel insurance is excluded from the prize. winner (and any accompanying passengers) must obtain travel insurance covering all personal requirements including any pre-existing medical conditions.
17. No cash or other alternative prizes will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize, or part of a prize, of equal or greater value. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned.
18. Where Jet2holidays makes any changes to the prize (including dates of travel), no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Jet2holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or any prize, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud.
19. The Prize is provided by Jet2holidays.

Winner Selection and Notification
1. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period using a verifiable random selection process.
2. The draw will take place within seven (7) days of the close of the Promotional Period.
3. The winner will be contacted via direct message on the social media platform used to enter within seven (7) days of the draw.
4. It is the responsibility of entrants to monitor their social media account (including message requests) for notification and to provide accurate contact details.
5. The winner must respond and claim their Prize within thirty (30) days of initial contact.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to require proof of identity, age and eligibility before awarding the Prize.
7. If the winner does not respond within the required timeframe, rejects the Prize, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select an alternative winner using the same random selection process.
8. All requested information must be provided by the winner. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold or withdraw the Prize if sufficient information is not provided.
9. Verification of identity may require the provision of a copy of valid government-issued identification (such as a passport or UK driving licence).

Prize Fulfilment
1. Following successful verification, the winner will be provided with details on how to redeem the Prize.
2. The Prize will be fulfilled by the Prize Provider (Jet2holidays) and/or the Promoter within a reasonable timeframe following acceptance of the Prize.
3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any delay or failure in delivery of the Prize where such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Publicity
1. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will make available the surname and county of residence of the winner to anyone who requests it by contacting TJ Morris Ltd (trading as Home Bargains) via (https://help.homebargains.co.uk/hc/en-gb/requests/new) within three (3) months of the closing date.
2. If the winner objects to their surname and county of residence being published or made available, they should contact the Promoter using the contact details above. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
3. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the Promotion, without additional compensation.

Data Protection
1. The Promoter will process entrants’ personal data for the purpose of administering the Promotion and awarding the Prize in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

General Terms
1. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.

3. Entries will be deemed invalid if any post:
  1. Contains defamatory, malicious, indecent or other inappropriate content;
  2. In the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, cause any widespread or serious offence (taking into account prevailing community views or standards);
  3. Contains any content that is offensive or could reflect negatively on the name, reputation, or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner;
  4. Defames, misrepresents, or contains content for the intended purpose of harassing, threatening or embarrassing individuals or multiple individuals or insults other people or companies, including, but not limited to the Promoter (including its partners);
  5. Promotes any political, blasphemous or religious agenda or any content deemed to incite religious or racial hatred;
  6. Contains images of third parties who have not expressly consented to feature in promotion;
  7. Contains any images of children;
  8. Contains any form of inaccurate tagging (Instagram only)
  9. Contains any form of tagging (Facebook only)
  10. Includes trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material not owned by the entrant or used without the right holder’s prior written permission (including famous names, company names, etc.);
  11. Includes the name or image of any individual without their express permission;
  12. Contains content deemed socially irresponsible or likely to breach the CAP Code;
  13. Any Facebook, TikTok or Instagram name or profile photograph which contravenes the above will be void, and any entries will not count.
  14. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, TikTok or Instagram. By entering the promotion, all participants accept that they have no claim against Facebook, TikTok or Instagram. By entering the promotion, all participants agree to a complete liability release for Facebook, TikTok or Instagram.
4. Numerous factors outside the control of the Promoter may interfere with the operation of Facebook, X and Instagram. The Promoter does not therefore guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to these websites.
5. Participants must meet any eligibility requirements contained in the specific terms and conditions above. Eligibility may be verified and additional documentation requested at any time during or after the Promotion.
6. Entries made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Bulk entries made in any way, including using any software which allows participants to increase that participant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that participant’s entries will be disqualified and any Prize award will be void.
7. Entries submitted using automated methods including but not limited to computer scripts, bots, or any other software are strictly prohibited and will be disqualified. Furthermore, any attempt to intentionally obscure IP addresses, such as through the use of VPNs, proxies, or similar technologies, to manipulate or bypass entry rules will result in the immediate disqualification of those entries. The organizer reserves the right to verify the authenticity of entries and take necessary actions to maintain the integrity of the Promotion.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of ID showing date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of ID showing date of birth). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means. Verification may occur at any time and multiple times during the Promotion Period.
9. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and on Prize acceptance. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information or any postal dispute which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize. Entrants must notify the Promoter of any changes to their contact details during the Promotion Period.
10. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. This includes decisions on eligibility, Prize substitution and interpretation of these terms.
11. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
12. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it considers it necessary to do so, without prior notice. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. Participants are responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions before entering the Promotion.
13. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The Promoter cannot exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to this and insofar as is permitted by law the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winners or accept any liability for any loss or damage arising from this Promotion or from accepting a Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees in which case that liability is limited to the value of the relevant Prize. The Promoter excludes liability for indirect, consequential or special damages except where such exclusion is not permitted under consumer law.
14. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including but not limited to user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind that may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the Promotion.
15. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the entrant’s country of residence. To the extent permitted by law, entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
